4. For Homeowners

As a homeowner, you agree to:

Provide accurate job descriptions
Communicate respectfully with tradespeople
Pay for completed work as agreed
Leave honest reviews based on your experience

5. For Tradespeople

As a tradesperson, you agree to:

Maintain accurate profile information
Hold appropriate licenses and insurance
Provide accurate quotes
Complete work to professional standards
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payments

Tradespeople pay for leads as per our pricing. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

7. Reviews

Users may leave reviews after completed jobs. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Violate any laws or regulations
Impersonate others
Submit false or misleading information
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to circumvent the platform
Use the service for unauthorised purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

7Hands is a platform connecting users. We do not employ tradespeople or guarantee their work. We are not liable for the actions of users or the quality of work performed.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify 7Hands against any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
